Dale was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole experience, he kept us informed from start to finish and really went out of his way to ensure we were 100% happy with everything. This is the first time I have purchased a Kia (Chester) and was very impressed. I cannot praise the salesman Werner Hoffman enough, he was excellent in all respects. From the start to handing over my new car nothing was too much trouble for him and there was no pressure to make decisions which is sometimes quite unusual with car salesmen. So far so good with my new Kia Niro Hybrid. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kia Chester to anyone but would always advise them to ask for Werner Hoffman - he's a Super Star!

Lynne (Service Reception) was excellent. There had been some miscommunication when I booked in the car by 'phone, which could have caused me a lot of inconvenience. Lynne saw my dilemma and went the extra mile. Through her efforts all the work done the same day. I'm very grateful to her.
