Car in at 08.30 for service, told it be ready10.30 ish , so took time in chester and returned at 10.25, to be told spark plugs damaged , and it would be 15 to 20 minutes, 50 minutes later no feed back. Only Kerry said she will all find out for us. Left at 11.55.

Unable to walk in and get a test drive, had to access a website and request a test drive. After some time a person from a call centre contacted me to schedule me in for a test drive, which was the next day. I had previously test drove a different model of EV and had to go through the same rigmarole. Its just a bit frustrating when this procedure has to be done when one is already in the showroom and the car is sitting outside.
