Unable to walk in and get a test drive, had to access a website and request a test drive. After some time a person from a call centre contacted me to schedule me in for a test drive, which was the next day. I had previously test drove a different model of EV and had to go through the same rigmarole. Its just a bit frustrating when this procedure has to be done when one is already in the showroom and the car is sitting outside.

I just came to have a key programmed and it took about two hours. I was kept informed of the progress and also supplied with coffee and apologies for the length of time it took. All in all not much to complain about.
