A few relatively minor issues with misspelled name and incorrect mileage recorded on documentation which led to an unexpected increase in the monthly PCP payment. Aside from that, the team (Dale and Matt and even a new trainee who was nice but i forget his name sorry) were extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with.

Disappointed in the vehicle tested. Compared to the Hyundai i10 that we had tested earlier, it was very basic and compared more to the old model i10 that I have. Also the gearbox had a definite lag when changing gears and this made for an unpleasant experience.

The booking systems was poor. When I called the Chester number I went through to a booking centre that is in Newcastle. I initially booked the car in and received an confirmation email. Yet I’m getting further calls from the Chester Dealership reminding me to call to book in. I didn’t initially as I had confirmation that my car was booked in. After receiving another call to book my car in I thought it would be best for me to call and check. When I finally getting through to Chester itself they tell me the car isn’t actually booked in!!!! How can that be ? I have an email saying it is!!!! The booking system over the phone very poor but the actual service/repair I was pleased with.
