The salesman who we saw was polite, answered all of our questions and we did not feel pressured at any stage. As we were looking at a PHEV for the first time we were unaware of the EV vs ECO settings so test drove purely on battery save for the last 5 minutes or so when the battery was exhausted. So that we could appreciate the advantages/disadvantages of the PHEV it would have been useful to have this explained so that the mpg for our driving needs would be indicative.
