I was extremely impressed by both the sales rep Dale and the Sales manager matt who were friendly, approachable, professional, informative and extremely helpful. I could not have asked to be treated any better than I was. I have bought from Lookers before as has my wife and we will continue to purchase cars from Lookers due to how well we have been dealt with.

All good apart from overly long wait to be attended to when picking up car. There should be a way of alerting service staff when they are away from their desk
