Poor someone was supposed to get back to me for a car I was interested in, was told car getting ready and I would get video before I travel down 2 hours but no one got back to me and now car sold

I am writing to formally request a copy of the service invoice for the last service performed on my Toyota Corolla motor vehicle (CX23MKJ) which was reportedly serviced at Kia, Chester allegedly on 07th June 2025 (approximately 4 months ago)I am raising a concern regarding the quality of the service performed.I recently took my vehicle to a Toyota service centre for an inspection, due to a foul smell coming out through the air vents and their technicians indicated that the pollen filter did not appear to have been replaced during the last service, despite this being a standard procedure typically included in such maintenance. The filter was extremely dirty and did not in a condition of one being replaced a few months ago, especially considering the vehicle was purchased 6 weeks ago.They also indicated that the pollen filter had not been fitted in correctly as it was inserted the incorrect way. This discrepancy raises questions about whether all relevant services had been carried out.When coming to view the vehicle I had asked for a copy of the service invoice and was advised the usual service-related work was carried out. On 02nd September 2025, I raised the odour problem the vehicle was experiencing by email and requested a copy of the invoice and confirmation of exactly what work was carried out and whether the filters were replaced. Unfortunately this email was ignored.To address this issue, I kindly request the following:A detailed copy of the invoice for the most recent service, including a breakdown of all work performed and parts replaced.Clarification on whether the pollen filter was replaced during this service.What also concerns me is that the service stamp for the service which allegedly took place on 7th June 2025, cannot be seen in the service book on the personalised video made and sent to me on 20th August 2025 at 08:38am, however when I requested a clear copy of the service history the image I received at 9.08am had a service stamp from Kia.Please kindly send the requested invoice to my email address. If there was an oversight in the service performed, I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this matter, including any potential remedies available under Kia’s service policies or warranty.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution.
