The service and help I received from Rebecca on the desk, was excellent. This was in prior phone calls over a part having not come from Kia and particularly when I brought car in and collected at end. She was usefully informative, reassuring and friendly.. I have been driving for nearly 50 years and had hundreds of services of cars and her pleasant manner and helpfulness stands out.. I have to trust the mechanics and Lookers Kia but if their standards match Rebecca's all will be well.

Both Ellick and Matt looked after me , both very professional and friendly throughout the sales journey. Couldn't do anything more for me. Highly recommend the team at lookers Kia. This is my 6th car from Lookers and won't be my last.

Dale and the team at Kia were brilliant, really calm, no hard sell and listened to what we were looking for.
