I had some great service from Lynne Lefley at the Kia/Vauxhall garage. She went over & above to assist, and I was happy with the service & she called back with updates when she said she would. It is rare to get accountability and good cusomer service experience but when I do I like to make sure it is highlighted.I do find it’s been difficult since purchasingvthe car with warranty as I feel I have had to push for it to be honoured, on this occassion I am glad Lynne was the one who was assisting me.Thank you

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We booked in for a test drive and were able to take a car out for quite a good run. This was very helpful in making our decision to buy a vehicle from kia chester...we did and collected it 4 days later 😊
