I was shown a particular car I was interested in by Luke (Chester Kia). He was very helpful and professional. I originally agreed to have this particular car and we were about to go through the paperwork. However, I realised last minute that I wasn’t 100 per cent sure this was the car for me: Therefore, I said I would not go through with purchasing the car. Luke handled the situation very well and said obviously I had to be sure I was making the right choice. That’s why I have given the above score as he was very professional. I have since bought a more suitable car.
