O am very happy with the overall experience of handover. The salesman was polite and helpful. The only negative was I was told 5 o clock was a convenient time but the showroom was busy and consequently the process was a little rushed! The next day I had some queries to clear up which I had forgotten in the hurry. The salesman was very prompt in replying and sorting out the issues. So all in all a very good experience. Thank you!

Initially I was looking to do part exchange taking the option of PCP, but after reading the terms, decided to do a cash purchase, Dealing with Mr Louis Delve, I found that he was very understanding and nothing was too much a problem sorting out the change. The only complaint I have is that the daytime driving lights are not working, Again Louis is doing his best to book the car in to have this looked at,
