The service i received from Sebastian Kuczynski was outstanding. The original agreed collection time did not suit me and Sebastian was more than happy to re-arrange the collection time to suit me. He took the time to show me the car tech in detail and made everything clear and easy to understand. I would highly reccommend Lookers and would advise people to ask for Sebastian for assistance.

It was not very clear where I needed to deliver my car (turns out it should be Lookers Vauxhall, not Lookers Kia). Communication was sparse Great service from the desk staff, once I actually found where I needed to go. Turns out that Kia Servicing doesn't happen at Lookers Kia but Lookers Vauxhall building 100 yards further down the car park. All quick and easy drop off and pick up once there, although no communication during the day. Didn't have a look at the issue with th Cruise Control, as it still doesn't work as it should on the dashboard
