Everybody at the branch, especially Luke who I dealt with twice, were brilliant and I can't praise them enough. There was no high pressure tactics and they were very accommodating with arranging test drive etc. I would recommend Lookers Kia to anybody else without hesitation.

The online booking service promised fast handling on my arrival. However I was required to repeat all the information given online, which made me wonder 'what was the point?' Courteous and efficient service from Carol on arrival. Our only complaint was that the courtesy car had not been cleaned (inside or out) prior to my collection of the vehicle on the day of my arrival.
