The online booking service promised fast handling on my arrival. However I was required to repeat all the information given online, which made me wonder 'what was the point?' Courteous and efficient service from Carol on arrival. Our only complaint was that the courtesy car had not been cleaned (inside or out) prior to my collection of the vehicle on the day of my arrival.

The whole experience of dealing with Lookers is amazing. The customer service on reception is second to none. Lynne who dealt with me was just brilliant. She kept me up to date with everything that was going on. She’s a real star. All of the staff on reception are just great. Always a pleasure to deal with them. 5 ⭐️ 😃😃

Would have given 5* but when I went online to check in it made reference to an MOT rather than a Service which is what I was booked in for. A quick phone call rectified this. Professional. Clean. Friendly staff.

I have as before From start to finish was the best service. Lynne Lefley was the first person I spoke to when I walked into your place. Made me feel welcomed we had a chat about what’s going on. Not once did I feel I’m being judged. Trust me if you haven’t got the money don’t talk to me not with Lynne. You need to show everybody who works for you a thank you. From the poor person trying to keep the floor clean and by the way she to was lovely too talk too. Don’t loose those people who care show them you care as well.

Tyre pressure warning light still on was told it eud go off when the vehicle was being driven, otherwise very happy staffwere all helpful and friendly and new there stuff
