Yes it was a very good service the girl behind the desk Olivia Doyle was very honest and helpful however I was disappointed I would have to pay for a new radio but they did find a leak in my radiator which I'm glad they found

Had to wait 5 weeks from booking the service, not much of a problem but I would have appreciated being told at the point of booking that if I would need a courtesy car I would have to reserve it. This was not mentioned, nor the fact that I was booking a "Drop and Go" and that my car would be at Lookers Chester from 9.30 in the morning until 5pm. In fairness to the Chester Service desk, when I complained about the length of time they said they would hope the car would be ready by 3. They DID ring me at 2.45 for which I was very grateful.

The salesman ( Dale) was very good & helpful in arranging for me to collect the car & explaining all the key features of the car to me. However it was disappointing & made things more complicated for me when I only found out on the previous afternoon that I could not have drive away insurance via Kia because I am 80 years old!

Fantastic communication from start to finish. Everyone was so pleasant over the phone and the driver who collected and returned my vehicle was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic job and lovely people.

Pleasant helpful staff. Would like to have been shown in more detail how to start the car. Got into some difficulties until I read the manual.
