Courtesy car didn't happen the car we were supposed to have had a flat tyre. Obviously no-one had checked it at all.

The only 'downside' was the problem with space/parking. However, coming from the construction trade I am familiar with this problem and realise its necessity. I'm sure it will be fine in the long term.

Olivia was helping me with my vehicle and was very friendly and polite and I was seen to quickly upon my arrival. The team were able to have my car ready for collection later that afternoon and collection was very quick. Overall excellent customer service and I knew my car was in good hands.

From ordering to collection the service I received from Matt and Sebastian surpassed my expectations. No pressure selling. A very relaxed atmosphere, and I would have to say the best car buying experience I've had. I would give more than 5 stars if possible I was kept informed at all stages from point of ordering to the day of collection. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy.
