Our purchase was split between two sales advisors, firstly Werner Hofmann who unfortunately passed, and then taken up by Sebastian Kuczynski. We initially approached our local Kia showroom at Stoneacre in Wallasey, and we're incredibly disappointed at the level of service, we made the arrangement to visit Chester where Werner looked after impeccably. We were genuinely saddened to hear of his passing and would like to pass our condolences to all who knew him. Sebastian took over the sale and was thorough and professional throughout. I'd have no hesitation recommending Lookers, and look forward to a lengthy relationship with both Lookers and Kia.
