The car is lovely however we were disappointed when we collected it . The sales man was clearly very stressed and we felt that all he wanted to do was get us out if the door. There was no walk round the cars systems and we were just given the keys ! I didn’t even know how to adjust the seat . He said they were short staffed but buying a new car should be special and this really wasn’t . A small point but we weren’t even offered a coffee ! Never ever at any car dealer have I not been offered a drink when collecting a car. Short staffing is a real pain and I appreciate that but it was a disappointing experience.

The test drive was excellent and the whole visit was relaxed and enjoyable. Unfortunately the lead delivery time on the EV6 that I was interested to buy was far too long and the part exchange offer considerably lower than I have received from rival car dealers.

SHORTLY AFTER COLLECTING THE CAR IT BECAME APPARENT THAT THE FLOOR MATS HAD NOT BEEN INCLUDED ALTHOUGH IT WAS AGREED THEY WOULD BE THE CAR HAD NOT RECEIVED A PROPER INTERNAL CLEAN WITH USED CHEWING GUM IN THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR POCKET AND USED TISSUES STUCK BEHIND THE DROP DOWN ARM REST ETC. THAT SAID THE INITIAL CONTACT WITH THE SLAESMAN WAS GOOD AND HE WAS HELPFUL

The representative, Dale, was very helpful and showed tremendous patience with all my enquiries. I am not used to buying cars but I felt at ease discussing a particular car that I had seen on the internet, which I took for a test drive. I felt the car, although very reasonably priced and well presented, would not meet my requirements, hence not discussing financial options.

The standard of service at the dealership is far better than your call centre. I always call into the dealers instead of using your call centre. I have been using this particular dealership for last 3 years, they are very helpful and an overall excellent standard of service.
