It won’t be a shock to them when I say I’ve been possibly one of the most impatient customers but the car has been more than worth the wait and I’m so grateful to them for their support and guidance through the process. Lookers Kia Chester in general have become my third parent and look after me incredibly well. It’s such a weight off my shoulders being supported this way. Louis has been excellent and is a real asset to the team. He has gone above and beyond through the process and has added such attention to detail that gives a real unique experience to each customer.
