Dear Customer Service,I am writing to follow up regarding my recent service appointment for my vehicle. When I left my car with you for servicing, it was in good condition. However, when I collected it, I noticed that the rear bumper had been slightly damaged and the rear light was broken. Before leaving your premises, I immediately reported the damage to the staff at the front office. They acknowledged my concern and told me that someone would contact me to arrange an appointment for the repairs. Unfortunately, I have not yet been contacted.I would appreciate it if you could arrange an appointment as soon as possible to inspect and repair the damage. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to confirm a suitable date and time.I look forward to your prompt response and to resolving this matter quickly.Thank you for your attention.

I am contacting you in response to your request to reach out regarding a 1 star review I left of Lookers Kia Stockport on Trustpilot. I will paste a copy of the review below:I decided to use Lookers Kia Stockport for my 2nd service as I had a particularly unpleasant experience at my local Kia garage previously. Turned out this garage is no better.I booked my service and courtesy car over the phone in advance. I called back nearer the time to check all was good to go ahead as I had not received a confirmation email or text. I was assured that my service was still booked in as well as the courtesy car and a belated confirmation email was sent out to me.I turned up on the day of my service to drop my car off and found out no courtesy car had been booked. I explained I had double checked this with their booking team and the garage staff said no courtesy car was showing up on the system as booked in for me. I was left having to fork out money for a taxi home as I am not local to Stockport. I rely on my car for accessibility so being without a courtesy car was hugely inconvenient.I was given an email address to submit a complaint which I have contacted twice and received no response from. I missed a call back which I followed up with an email explaining I am unable to take calls during working hours at the moment and could further correspondence take place via email to make it easier for everyone. I was ignored.I also received the results of a vehicle health check that was done during my service which contained videos of my car that were filmed by staff at the garage with no explanations alongside them. The email prompted me to contact the garage if I had any questions. I contacted them via an enquiry form on their website and was once again ignored.I would not recommend this garage, or any Kia garage for that matter. My booking was handled carelessly and they have been downright rude with regards to aftercare.

I took my Kia shortage into Stockport because I had a fault that appeared on the dash board I booked it in over the phone for Friday the 3rd of July I explained to the last on the phone that I needed it back for 4pm and was told to bring it in for 8am on the Friday morning which I did I was there for when it opened at 8 o clock and was 2nd in the queue I booked my car in and explain my situation that I needed it back for 4pm the last said that wouldn't be a problem and write down on the job sheet must be ready for 4pm I came home on the bus and at 2pm tried to ring Stockport Kia to find outing it was ready because I hadn't heard from them at all but the phone rang for and while then cut me off I tried a different number but the same thing happened again so I decided to get the bus back down to Kia stockport I got back to Kia about 3pm only to be told that my car hadn't even been into the shop floor of on the ramps and it wouldn't be ready for 4pm I wasn't impressed and told the guy that was dealing with it I said you have had the car 7 hours and it was wrote on the job sheet that it had to be ready for 4pm I came home with my car I had to rebook it in for Friday 17th July I also rang Kia complaints in I spoke to a gentleman called Lewis he told me he would speak to the service manager at Stockport and get then to ring me but no one as rang I've spoken to a lady at Kia complaints UK again today who said that her colleague Lewis had rang Stockport 5 times spoken to someone called Emma and asked her to get someone to ring me but this didn't happen so I have put this essay together to let you know if this isn't resolved when I bring my car into Kia stockport next Friday that I will take this case to the ombudsmen I hope that it doesn't come to this I would just like to also say that I have had 4 Kia shortages from Stockport but decided to buy the 4th one when the lease had finish but since I've bought the car the service I have received from Kia stockport as been very disappointing

Dear Customer Relations Team,I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the sale of my Kia Niro Hybrid (Registration: GF67 SYJ), which I purchased from Kia Lookers Stockport on 20 September 2022. (Enquiry no. 6662279)At the time of purchase, I was not informed that the vehicle had previously been used as a taxi or private hire vehicle. This information was never disclosed during the sales process, nor was it highlighted in any documentation provided to me. The price of the car was GBP19,499, which comparing the market price in that time was a bit higher, but I trusted the Kia official dealer would provide a better service and should be worth to pay. And I had also paid for 4 years services with Kia Lookers Stockport which my last service was just completed on 01 May 2026.However, had I been made aware of the vehicle's previous use as a Taxi, I would have carefully reconsidered my decision to purchase the vehicle or negotiated a significantly lower purchase price.I have recently decided to sell the vehicle and have just discovered that its previous taxi history has a substantial negative impact on its market value. I have received valuations indicating that the vehicle is only worth £5391, which is approximately £2,110 less (provided by Webuyanycar) than an equivalent Kia Niro without taxi history solely because of its previous used as a taxi.As a professional motor dealer & a member of the Motors Ombudsman , I believe Kia Lookers Stockport had a responsibility to disclose such important material information before the sale. The previous use of a vehicle as a taxi is clearly a significant factor affecting both its value and desirability, and withholding this information has caused me financial loss.Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, traders must not omit material information that would affect a consumer's purchasing decision. I believe the failure to disclose the vehicle's previous taxi history constitutes a material omission. As a direct result of this non-disclosure, I have suffered a financial loss. I therefore request that Kia Lookers Stockport compensate me for this loss.I would appreciate a written response within 5 days of receipt of this message. Should we be unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, the Motor Ombudsman and, if necessary, pursuing recovery of my losses through the Small Claims Court.I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably.Yours faithfully,Benny Wong

I knew I had two problems (a broken headlight cover and a faulty driver door lock). When I took the car in I paid £150 to confirm these two problems. I agreed the anticipated costs of repair and was told parts would be sourced and I would be told when to return. I have spoken to a variety of people (all very pleasant) and assured they would get back to me or someone else would but that hasn’t happened.

car has went in for service on 30th May, has kept on receiving notifications to book for service, looked over records and appears only VHC has been done and car was covered with oil internally. update recall was carried out and issues have developed since with infotainment screen and sensors. received a call just before appointment today to advise only a manual was available and only a Picanto available, which customer has advised unsuitable due to mobility issues. tone of people (Emma) that he has dealt with were disgusting and discriminatory and at one stage someone had even hung up on him.

I have made a formal complaint on 19th June.Where is my responseWhere is the resolutionYet you were very eager to respond to my first email (prior to the formal complaint) when you thought it was an inquiry to buy. Convenient.

I would like to complement your colleague Oliver on his friendly and professional way he dealt with my inquiry even though I did not make a purchase he could not have been more helpful. I therefore felt that some recognition of this needed to be acknowledged
