I think the team did well from the huts at the back of the car park. Friendly and communicative. Apologetic when things weren’t as expected and helpful providing finance options.

Dear Team,I am writing to raise a formal and urgent complaint regarding the level of service I have received from the technical and service team at Lookers Kia Stockport concerning my vehicle (Registration: KN73 YDD).On 9 March, I brought my vehicle to your service centre (Lookers Kia Stockport, Mersey Street ) to address an issue with the right-side reverse parking light, which was not functioning. My vehicle was with your service team from approximately 9:20 AM until 2:45 PM. I later received a call informing me that the vehicle was ready for collection. However, later that evening, while parking my vehicle at night, I noticed that the reverse parking light was still not working, confirming that the issue had not been resolved.Regrettably, this is not the first time I have experienced such problems with your service department. During my previous visit on 30 December for the vehicle’s second service, I had clearly requested that the in-built navigation system be checked and repaired. Unfortunately, this matter was also not addressed.In addition, I have repeatedly requested information regarding the Early Service Plan and the MOT plan. On several occasions, members of your team took my email address and assured me that the relevant information would be sent to me. To date, I have not received any details.I must express my dissatisfaction with the standard of service provided. I took the time to clearly explain the issues with my vehicle and reasonably expected them to be resolved during the scheduled appointment. This is now the second occasion on which I have been without my vehicle for an entire day, only to have it returned with the original problem unresolved. This has caused significant inconvenience and has resulted in a considerable waste of my time, as I now need to arrange yet another appointment.I would be grateful if you could kindly provide clarification on the following points:The reason why the reported reverse parking light issue was not resolved during the recent service appointment.The reason why I have not yet received the promised information regarding the Early Service Plan and the MOT plan.I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed with urgency and professionalism at your earliest convenience. Additionally, I would be grateful if arrangements could be made for a thorough inspection of my vehicle so that the reported issue can be properly identified and resolved as soon as possible.I look forward to receiving your prompt response.Yours faithfully,Sanu Raphel07553100932

Excellent service & time keeping as always

Had a slot for 10am for my car MOT it was 5 past 1 when i finally was told my car was ready so wasn't pleased about that too long to wait fortunately it passed. The service i received from Emma was excellent she couldn't apologize enough for the wait she was very professional and a asset to your business

Good morning KIAHaving difficulty logging in with my usual email address and password!However, I can say with absolute certainty that the acquisition of my latest KIA vehicle, another Sportage but this time an automatic and hybrid model, has been a pleasurewith the by now, customary assistance from the staff at the Stockport branch. Andrew, Preston, James and Josh have all worked tirelessly on my behalf to facilitate this changeover. This is my third(3rd) vehicle in six years, testimony to the enduring relationship that this branch of KIA build with their customers. The new showroom and servicing facility will undoubtedly enhance the KIA experience, with Dave Firkin heading up the service/workshop area, further increase in capacity scheduled soon. Emma and the Service/Reception team are dedicated to ensuring one is kept fully appraised of progress whilst the vehicle is in the depot. Ashley, the Showroom Receptionist ensures ones enquiries are directed to the appropriate department.All in all, Who could ask for anything more? (That might just give my age away, a song from the 40's, perchance?)I have no hesitation in recommending the KIA (Stockport)experience.

Hi, I had my Picanto (MJ21 FYN) serviced on Monday 2 March and was looked after by Katie on servicing. I wanted to let you know how good Katie is. Great balance of professional and friendliness. Katie explained everything to me, phoned as soon as car was ready for me to pick up. Also helped me by getting car out of tight parking spot with all the renovation work going on.Please pass on my compliments to Katie.Thank you
