I was only making an initial query particularly regarding the value of my current Sportage. The staff at Lookers assumed I was thinking of changing my car immediately and offered me an appointment, etc. I was contacted a number of times unnecessarily for no reason. Without this contact I would have rated my overall experience as av5.

I wouldn’t expect anything less from my visit to the showroom. I have dealt with James on many occasions and bought many Kia Sportages from him. He never fails to treat me with politeness, professionalism which, when buying a new car, are key qualifications. He is,as always, a real credit to the company, well done.

Excellent and informative, will be seeking a good PCP deal in the New Year for a Sportage GT line.

Having to go into dealership to determine a price, that varies depending on many unknown factors. Much prefer the Tesla model, where they publish a price (that is competitive) on their website and the car can be ordered directly. It took multiple visits to Kia dealerships to understand what the best price was, and even then it wasn't competitive.
