I was only making an initial query particularly regarding the value of my current Sportage. The staff at Lookers assumed I was thinking of changing my car immediately and offered me an appointment, etc. I was contacted a number of times unnecessarily for no reason. Without this contact I would have rated my overall experience as av5.

cust booked the vehicle in approx 2 weeks ago for a mot and service, she has received a call from the dealerhip today stating that they would need the vehicle overnight as there is a recall on it. The cust is not happy at all and thinks the customer service she has received is terrible.

The vehicle I purchased has mechanical issues which are not covered by the Kia warranty. Kia have advised that the vehicle should not be driven. Details have been sent to your Sales person Mia Bence and I am waiting for a response on the course of action to resolve the issue.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the options appear to be Repair, Refund or Replacement.I would appreciate your response asap as I now have no means of transport.

I wouldn’t expect anything less from my visit to the showroom. I have dealt with James on many occasions and bought many Kia Sportages from him. He never fails to treat me with politeness, professionalism which, when buying a new car, are key qualifications.He is,as always, a real credit to the company, well done.

Hi,On Friday 19th September Scott Innes after acknowledging the damage was the fault of Lookers denied responsibility for repairing the paint as said it was due to the paint not being original paint that the vehicle was supplied with which had it been the original paint it would not have been damaged. I made it clear that the only paint work was the work done besides manufacture was by Lookers to repair the other damage done by Lookers at Lookers which has yet to be repaired to a professional standards and the only other thing that may have impacted the paint that I am aware of is the GuardX treatment applied by Lookers. Lookers then refused to repair their damage claiming it was because there was third party paint on the vehicle where it was damaged. The only other place the vehicle has been where repair work could be carried out is at Kia Reading and they have confirmed they did no bodywork but only the ICCU update Loolers claimed to have done but didn’t along with the 20k service and replacing the 12v battery under warranty.Given the range and charging issues I am rejecting the vehicle as not fit for purpose as it has never achieved any of the claimed ranges or charging speeds and had been in for a recall work (which Lookers falsely reported doing) along with warranty work twice. Hyundai finance are questioning the damage done at Lookers and need answers to some questions.How has Lookers assessed that the paint that was damaged on Thursday by lookers and reported in the below email is third party? What is the basis of that claim? Do Lookers consider paint they have applied as third party paint work?Kind Regards,

He stated that a courtesy car book for 24 September for 3 days. You phoned me stating courtesy car available on 2 October but declined as in London. We agreed on 3 October.3. Told me that Skoda technical not prepared to put courtesy car screen into my car. It wants me to drive courtesy car and see if screen develops any problem which my car encountered.
