your service centre would only book separate mot and service dates. when I went to dealership for mot they only had a record of my service in April.However the dealership was excellent and arranged both the same day

It was a bit of a farce with regard to the test drive I had booked. The confirmation of my appointment was under a different name. I was contacted by the branch to confirm my test drive reservation and when I arrived, there was no reservation booked. Thankfully, after travelling 40 minutes to get to the dealership, I did get a test drive. It was agreed that finance options would be emailed, with variations on new and nearly new cars, but were never received

I felt he's coming from hard way. My first review was on my understanding but after speaking to him clarify things.I change my views.

We'll miss the Venga but very much look forward to the new Stonic. Each stage throughout has been performed with a friendly and professional attitued from all staff involved.
