We had a good experience wth Lookers Stockport, the only thing they need to do is to have a much wider customer parking area currently it is too small and cramped

Only minor problem for me is that I left a couple of CDs and a pair of glasses in a case in the central binnacle. I was told the items would be rescued, but they would not be posted back to me meaning I would have to collect. I very rarely visit Stockport and for the sake of a couple of pounds it seems churlish of Lookers to mar the deal. I also think the ‘lookers will pay the difference’ promise if I saw an identical car cheaper. I have seen three at Colindale cheaper by some £1,000!

All the staff at Lookers Stockport are so nice and very helpful. We may only see them once a year, but they are always so friendly.

The overall customer service was amazing and I was really happy with the way I was looked after by James at Kia. This is now my second car I have got from there and would most definitely recommend to anyone I know.

Handover could have been more instructive to make sure I was familiar with the vehicle and everything it does. For example, I discovered by accident that roadside assistance was included and I had to register for it. Only yesterday I became aware of what Kia Connect can do and that I can freely access it. Never mentioned at any time by anyone. I am now working out for myself how to activate it and use it. - Not good.
