The only real issue I had was that I had to go back to the dealership to chase up my refund back to my account for my trade in of my previous car ☹️ this hadn’t happened a full 7 days after picking up my new car 👎 very poor don’t you think ?? 🧐

I bought the vehicle online and didn’t view in person. I sent an email specifically asking if there were any dents, scuffs or scratches and was told no, only to find there were when I picked it up. They were not bad enough that it would have stopped me buying the car, but I was lied to!

I would like to be asked whether or not I want my car cleaning. If it cuts the amount of time you have the car I would elect not to have it cleaned.
