As always it was a joy to have yo take my car for it’s service I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant member of the service team who explained about the service of my car and how long it would take.The waiting area was as always spotless and the coffee machine is the best coffee there is chairs are comfortable very enjoyable won’t go any where else my car had been valeted also

I like the car very much but when I got home I realised there wasn’t a punctured tyre kit in the boot. I rang the dealer and they said they’d order me one. A week or so later I called into the dealer and said this is ridiculous can’t you just give me one out of a showroom model which they did, but that should have been done immediately. Then I noticed that the engine stop start wasn’t working I rang the service department and I was given a date of 29.11.22. I don’t think I should have to wait six weeks to get a fault on a new car sorted.
