Excellent service, excellent communication from staff on site, excellent facilities. Really welcoming all round. The only down side is I would of preferred a booked slot rather than drop off. I did get a booked slot but only when I called to ask. If these were offered automatically it would be perfect.

Mostly a good experience but was asked if the car could be kept overnight which was fine but then no communication the next day on the car being required for longer (Had to call myself before closing time). Was told the service log book was missing but it was on the backseat in a pile with all the other documents that had been taken out of my glove box by the engineer. Other than that it was okay
