Dear Lookers Kia Customer Service,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service provided during my recent vehicle repair at your dealership.While my car was in your care, the wheel nuts were damaged. I was then informed that I would need to pay £242 for their replacement. I must stress that this damage occurred while the vehicle was under your responsibility, and it is wholly unreasonable to expect me to bear the cost of rectifying an issue caused by your own workshop.Furthermore, the repair itself took two weeks to complete, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and falls short of the level of service I would expect from an authorised Kia dealer.As a customer, I entrusted my vehicle to Lookers Kia on the understanding that it would be handled professionally and competently. Unfortunately, this experience has been both disappointing and unacceptable.I therefore request the following:1. A full refund of the £242 charge for the wheel nuts.2. A written explanation of how this damage occurred while in your care.3. Having to go into dealership to determine a price, that varies depending on many unknown factors. Much prefer the Tesla model, where they publish a price (that is competitive) on their website and the car can be ordered directly. It took multiple visits to Kia dealerships to understand what the best price was, and even then it wasn't competitive.

called to book parents car in for service and MOT as due soon and has been advised earliest appointment is 3 months away. unhappy with this as parents are elderly and rely on the car.

Paul was welcoming without being overbearing and pressurised. He even let me drive 'his car'! Explanations in the show room and whilst driving were clear and concise.Although I stepped away from any deal, Paul still made me feel like a valued client. When I do eventually make a purchase, I will come back to Kia Stockport to do so.
