Dave managed and carried out the service on my car and was absolutely excellent. He listened to my concerns about an intermittent fault that had previously not been able to be resolved and spent a lot of time identifying the fault and explaining the proposed fix to me, in addition to carrying out the service. He stayed in contact throughout the day and was very accommodating when discussing how to manage the longer fix needed around my personal circumstances. Really brilliant customer service - I appreciate it so much.
