Customer Service Gordon was very unhelpful he did not know the full price of an MOT and advised me to take to another garage as he was unable to book my car in till after the expiry date. Also I I formed the dealership that I sadly lost my husband in December 2019 and asked for the account to be in my name.

The Vehicle Health Check showed an area of corrosion at the rear of my car, but this was not mentioned at the time I picked up the car.I telephoned on the Saturday(car service on Friday),but was told I would have to speak with someone on the following Tuesday.I did speak to a lady in Sevice who told me I would need to bring the vehicle today,but I could not for a medical reason.The rest of the week is out and next week is the lead up to Christmas.On reflection, I think the examination should have been carried out when I picked up the car and not days later.

Overall experience was simple and straightforward. Service was completed in record time. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful as always.

Not the young man's fault at all, but having made it clear that we were cash buyers, we really didn't enjoy having to sit through the finance presentation. In all other respects our experience was excellent.

The only thing I was bitterly disappointed with was the petrol light was alerting to say go to a petrol station the car I traded in had 25% fuel I was actually freightened of breaking down you don’t expect this when paying 30,000 for a car little things like a gallon of fuel would of made the experience perfect but other than that James was very professional and quick .

Dave and the rest of the service team do a really professional job and are very pleasant to deal with.I did not need a video, because I knew what my vehicle was having done.
