Response to Steven HartGood Afternoon !Hi StevenAs usual I was fully satisfied with my recent visit to the Lookers Stockport, I am on my third Kia and expect to purchase a Sportage in 2024.I would just like to mention one issue that was partly my fault, I have had hearing difficulties for over 50 years, which I overcome in many ways during my lifetime and should have mentioned to your staff. They should be mindful that to be amused by a persons disability is not acceptable in the public domain and other parties may be greatly offended by this occurrence . Please do not create difficulties with your staff about this issue, but a reminder may be helpful in future with customer relationships, especially those with impediments that are not visibly to others.This is an observation and not a complaint !Thank you for your e mail.Ray McCulloch

The service advisor said there were some recommended works and discussed them with me. However when asked what do I want to do, I said please list them down with costs so I could review (and discuss with my wife), however I never received a list or costs with my paperwork so unfortunately I am unsure what work is now needed. Please advise.

Emma who was on the service desk was amazing. we got our first Kia from you 4 years ago- the whole sales process was amazing- this time we did not feel valued during the sales process and felt just like we were a sale towards a sales target!! Shame, as apart from that Lookers Stockport have been great.
