Whilst reception and workshop did their best I am not fully satisfied because I was not offered a free courtesy car whilst my car was off the road for extensive diagnostic warranty repairs. I was eventually offered a discount but that would still have produced an excessive accumulated charge. This is a point that I intend to take up with Kia when I receive their questionnaire.

James was very helpful and friendly but not over bearing, he offered me a great price for my Part Exchange and im really happy with my new Kona, the only think i would say is that my car came to the garage with half a tank of fuel and James said that he would match it, but when i got in it there was less than a quarter
