I would have really welcomed a "tour" of the vehicle and its functionality before I signed up to buy. Other than this he was really helpful and changed the details on the finance until I was happy with monthly payments which I appreciate takes time. He has also been super helpful post purchase. Thank you!

There was no consideration for the travel from the garage home and return to the garage for collection. There is no bus service back to town and it involved a 1.5 mile walk to the station and a further 1.5 mile walk from the station home both ways. At the age of 76 and no courtesy car provided.
