Great experience. Very efficient. The total waiting time was well within the promised time. I enjoyed the video. Booking experience was spoiled by confusion about which service was booked. An email told me it was 6yr or 60000 miles. My car, a Stinger, has to be serviced every 6 months, so your email was not accurate as it is actually 3yrs old.

It was frustrating that the appointment was booked for 8am but the mechanics don't arrive until 8.30am. Meant I had an extra half an hour of sitting around. I understand wanting to get everything ready, but perhaps 8.20 or 8.15 would have been more suitable

Andrew was very helpful and advised me towards a car i am very happy with. But frustrating to have been advised to come to test drive a vehicle that was not ready and water several hours of my time.

Service and communication have been brilliant since getting the car and needing to bring in to be looked at. Only disappointment is that this is the third time in 12 months I’ve needed to bring in- fortunately covered under warranty.

Since purchasing our second car from this dealer 3 years ago we have had nothing but 5 star service. All staff we have encountered over the 3 years have been friendly, courteous and professional.

A small complaint I was led to believe my car would come back to me Spick and span ( washed ect) This was disappointing do not offer if it’s not going to be carried out, the car was back by 11-30 am so not the end of the day ( running out of time)

Everyone was so patient we had a baby with us & weren't made to feel uncomfortable even when he was noisy.
