Car wasn’t very clean afterwards

Tuesday 14th June I received 2 Phone calls , informing me that I'd not paid for the MOT test & Petrol treatment . I phoned up Lookers service dept' And was told they'd spotted the non payment . I informed them that I had paid and had the receipt and bank confirmation to prove it. I was told that they'd have to contact accounts , I've heard nothing since . The money has gone through since. We noticed The receipt was headed "Stockport FIAT" & not Kia . I suggest you should look into this matter . As far as I am concerned The Bill has been paid and will not be paid again. I would like some confirmation that it has been sorted .
