I have purchased several cars from Lookers (Fiat/Kia) and have always been very happy with the service. The staff are all friendly, in particular Craig Sharpe, who is always helpful. I never feel like a sale has been pushed upon me and the aftersales service is good.

I was abit disappointed that my car didn’t get a oil and filter change on the service that means it will have done around 20000 miles with the same oil and filter. And when I pick car out it been washed not a good job by far and I noticed some makes on the car that wasn’t there I told the service man and I was told it only moved from car park to work shop and that was it he didn’t come and look at it

I was sold a package with collection and return of car for service. You seem unable to offer this service THAT I PAY FOR AND DO NOT RECEIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think you should reimburse my taxi costs which are £50 - £25 each way
