I called in the day before to ask what the earliest time I could drop my car off was as I had work for 8am, I was told 7:30am. Upon arrival Myself and two other customers were just stood outside the dealership and not allowed inside until 8am... Luckily I have flexible working so could start at 8:30 however if not for that I would have been claiming for lost working time.
