I bought a Kia Niro and I wasn't really given enough detailed knowledge about all the computerised facilities available when driving the car. I've been driving the car for just about 3 weeks now and still finding useful items in the dashboard configuration that I knew nothing about at the time of sale.

I would recommend Kia Stockport dealers to my friends I was more than impressed with the care and keeping me updated right along the way and taking care that every thing was completed properly Well done.

The vehicle was dirty inside and had not been cleaned or valeted before I collected it.

Nothing to do with our experience but would .ike to draw your attention to your emails and texts saying " if you have arranged for your vehicle to be collected " this was something we weren't offered and I totally understand it could be because of covid but when you read it, it can be slightly annoying. Maybe you could look at these forms of communication and maybe adjust them slightly - I also realise they are generic. As I said no problems with the service.
