He kept us informed and up to date with the timing of the car delivery, he emailed us the necessary paperwork so we could look over it and complete without being rushed and to save time wading through it on the day of pickup. He was knowledgeable about the features of the new car. He level of customer service and friendly banter without being pushy was one of the reason we returned to Kia Stockport again.

The checks that are done before the car goes out needs looking at as on test drive I noticed a rattle which I made the salesman aware however nothing was mentioned when it was picked up and it still had noise I had to ring up and chase for it to be sorted

I am currently reviewing my options, including whether the electric charging infrastructure will suit my needs and whether the current market and state of technical development are appropriate at the moment. Your sales representative, Muhammad, was extremely helpful and I was impressed with the Kia EV6. I had a positive experience with Kia previously, albeit some years ago. My decision at this point in time will reflect the current market, suitably of the charging infrastructure for a car with caravan, and the likely battery snd energy recovery technological developments over the 18 months. The help and service from Kia Stockport has been extremely professional.

I cancelled my service because, comparing prices locally and nationwide, the labour charge was the highest in the country for no good reason. I think your computer system should be able to recognise the difference between having work done and cancelling the work.
