The lack of loan cars is unacceptable especially as after I made a fuss and a pick up was arranged a car was left outside my house all dayWhy didn’t you just let me use that as a loan car

Everything was brilliant with the communication from the dealership about my new vehicle, however when I came to pick it up on the day the valet on my vehicle was not satisfactory as there was dust and hair in all of the door sides and there were cobwebs all in the boot. Also in an around the gear stick there were strands of human hair in and around the crevices.

A bit trivial, the valeting obviously does not include the boot. I had emptied it but it was not cleaned.Having mentioned the problem I had had with front number plate, nothing was said, very disappointed. Think it is a bit rich that you have to pay extra £40 for Sat Nav update.

I have been in contact on several occasions with Muhammad at Kia and Josh at Skoda and found them both very helpful. The search for our next car still continues but we haven't ruled out Lookers at this stage.

The sale of my vehicle was handed over to Andrew Fletcher due to the original sales person being off sick. Andrew was great. Very helpful considering my experience with the previous sales person Darren Manley. Darren originally sold the vehicle to me 26.2.22on the basis I could pick it up the following week. He then called me 1.3.22 to advise I could not pick it up for 45 days. The vehicle was not waiting to be delivered it was in the showroom. I made it clear I was not happy to be told I had to wait 45 days until they could register it. I made the sales manager aware of the situation and how I felt. Andrew fletcher in the two days he was dealing with the sale has been in contact with me throughout and delivered on everything he has advised. Credit to Andrew.
