Post visit, we have noticed a return of a rattle from the cover over the rear exhaust box. It was looked at and fixed by John about 4-5 months ago but has now returned ….We will need to book it in again over the next few days

We were more than happy with the service we received from lookers and would definitely recommend. We had amazing service from start to finish from James Woodfinden, he kept us up to date with the progress, always replied to emails was very helpful, polite and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble. We purchased a new Sportage and love it it’s a lovely car. Thank you

The return visit as highlighted in answer 6 was related to two warning lights that were appearing on my dashboard (engine overheating and MIL) they were not showing on day of service, although the issue was examined but no fault found.The warning lights appeared again which I took a picture of and re5urned to dealership - a phone call to KIA revealed a software fault for which a patch was supplied.The issue was promptly dealt with and clearly explained to me
