James Woodfinden was fantastic at every point of sale with me, he approached me to come and see him about a newer model of my vehicle, clearly talked me through the whole specification of the car in store and what was included in the price of the payment plan as well as explaining to me about gap insurance. He contacted me once the car had arrived and on collection of the car everything was straightforward and simple. James talked me through all of the newer features in the car that I may not be used to before making sure I was 100% happy. One satisfied customer!
