To be honest, the salesperson we dealt with was new to the job, but he persevered and had to seek help from other colleagues, and there were other interruptions as well. So it wasn’t a smooth operation. We weren’t even offered a drink.

Looking wheel nut left for dealership on front seat as requested. However, it was put back in the boot, under the shelf, hidden in a little hidey-hole on right hand side. Couldn't find it initially, so phoned dealership back, and all they could advise was that it had been "put back in the car". Took ages to find!Checked in online. Job card specified " Free courtesy wash & vac". Car returned without being washed and vacuumed.Flap covering filler cap not sitting correctly when I got home. Mentioned this to dealership, as you would have thought that they would have looked at it under the check item 'Check and lubricate hinges, locks and catches'. But they said that the filler flap was outside the scope of their checks. I said that I would have to book it back in. However, I have since looked at it again myself, and discovered that it all depends on which way the filler cap ends up. If the ridge on the cap is horizontal or vertical. If left one way the flap closes properly, if the other then it remains open by a centimetre or so. So simple, but no-one knew!!
