Disappointed that (a) no collection/drop off service or offer of vehicle - meant taking a day off work to have my car serviced (b) no wash and valet service. COVID appears to be the easy 'excuse' for lack of both these service offerings. Disappointment especially with (b) further enhanced when saw staff washing and cleaning 'new' cars in forecourt. Doesn't say much for your existing customers ! This is reflected in the 'poor' rating. Customer Service and communication offered by the staff was very good.
