Booking in is not clear online .. you need to press the search button and it would be better with a different symbol.No clean and vac for YEARS.. it’s part of my service plan and although I heard you had difficulty recruiting I think it’s a big letdown for which I have been charged despite saying it’s complimentary!

Very happy with my experience, my request for a test drive was arranged extremely quickly and I was very impressed with the vehicle, I'm not due to make a decision on a new car until around the summer time but the EV6 is currently sitting top of the list.

Considering that I had a service I would have thought my vehicle would have had a complimentary wash however this did not happen and I spent over £1k having parts fitted and the service etc in total. Not sure why no complimentary wash completed when service was done as your website says this

Excellent service at Stockport Kia. Mr David Fitkin dealt with my problem ,engine light on exceptionally well and with the aid garage staff returned my vehicle repaired in a very short time . Regards S Nuttall 👍

Overall satisfied. Was informed car would be washed/ vac on completion.This did not happen. Covid is over so do not know what the excuse was.

It’s all been great- the only thing I would say is in the past after a service and MOT, my car would be cleaned abd it’s not been the last couple of times. It’s just a nice touch!
