Would only score it 9/10 so as not to make them conceited!!!!

Usually my Car gets a free Vac & Wash after a Service by Lookers, but not this time . Has this service now been withdrawn.On the Inspection Report done by Nicholas, the original Registration number of the vehicle is quoted, and not my own personalised Registration of R40BRY which I have had put on it .You Quote R40BRY on the rest of the Service Documents....does this make any difference to the Warranty ?

My overall experience was excellent the only point I would like to question is that in the service plan that came with the vehicle it states that the vehicle on completion of the service the vehicle will be washed this definitely didn’t happen is this because it is a motability car?

I think you are so lucky to have such dedicated and enthuisiactic staff members who are prepared to put the customer first not the product the service department personnel at Stockport wanted me to be happy with the service they had given and I could not fault them in anyway and wasglad I engaged in their enthuisasm for the product and services that they provided

There was a miscommunication, we drop the vehicle off at 10.10 and we thought 10.10 is when it was booked in for and was going to be seen. We left the shop for nearly 2 hours and came back thinking it would be done. However we eventually found out at 1.40pm that it was booked in for all day and the guy said did anyone mention to you about wanting it back at a certain time and we said no. We eventually got it back about 3.30pm. At this point we had been waiting in the shop from 12.30 to 3.30pm. May I also say in the waiting bit there was no facility for water. Only hot drinks. I think you need a water cooler in the drinking area . If the covid restrictions allow that would be great. If the service plan is about giving it back at a certain time, then they need to explain it. The person only said do you want a service plan without explaining it. To which I said no . When I was in customer service I explained everything to them, so they fully understood. Doesn't really matter with us now, as that was our last service with lookers as we have just paid off the car.
