Was in for cars 1st service and MOT, service was very good and kept informed throughout the day!

It gave me the opportunity to book in and made the hand over fairly quick. I was slightly concerned that the items I wished to be checked in addition to the service and MOT didn’t seem to transfer through and I had to explain them again to Mani. Lookers is probably better than most of the garages I’ve dealt with in the past. staff are very polite.

Quickly diagnosed the fault with the camera on my car, part fitted next day and back working again.

No one was able to attend my calls to kia Stockport for servicing. So I got in touch with kia website and they were very helpful in getting me through to kia Stockport being nearest to my location. Emma the receptionist was very kind and nice to have the servicing done very quickly as I was away from home and waited at the retail park..she kept me informed as well. The only down side was that car was washed but not thoroughly and no proper vacuuming was done inside the car. If they can improve this bit I'll surely have given 5 star.
