I had an on line confirmation of 9.00 am waiting appointment. When I arrived at 08.30 am I was advised my car would not be dealt with until 12.00 noon with collection at 1pm earliest. I would have given 5 star but I was not happy with my appointment check in

The staff confirmed with telephone calls the app kept me up to date with text messages emails. And when I dropped and collected my car very polite and even walked me to my car after they had finished with it
