The car was waiting on the forecourt, the paperwork was efficiently and quickly finalised and we were able to drive away within half an hour of arriving and as timing was crucial this was very important to us.

Issue with battery not charging and the car broke down within 24 hours. Disappointed that this was missed when we first returned and we were told the battery was fine, but the alternator had a loose wire. However Kia provided a courtesy car after collecting ours and it was fixed within a day. So happy overall.
