Simple to use Very happy with the service just felt that the status updates were not necessarily as prompt as they could be. Status was 'Arrived' for most of the day maybe up to 3:30-4pm and then quickly went through the remaining steps

Great handover on the day agreed, we do feel that the software upgrade could possibly have been done before collection instead of having to return and be without the car for a full day ,
