Decent online service portal that works well. Good customer service from entering the building, being shown where the service desks were and a decent waiting area. The appointment was on time. I think there's almost every new model of car available as well if one wanted to check them out. The web tracker system is quite interesting that other dealerships don't have.

The APP isn't up to date with where the car is in the process. I kept looking on it during the day and as far as I was aware it was still parked in the overcrowded car park. Excellent service provided by the Service team at Stockport.
