Ordered in December for March 27th. Telephoned in late March re handover to be told my car had not been ordered. Very disappointed as arrangements had to be put on hold. Car was eve tally ordered with delivery anticipated for late May. Tom confirmed that because of the slip up something would be done as a gesture. Car ready for collection on 27th May. I gave 5 stars as collection was very good and Tom was very professional and made a good coffee. I am however waiting for the pro ised gesture as nothing was mentioned on delivery and and although I have remindered them I am still waiting. What I do feel is poor, the keys were om a plastic tie eg no key ring and there ere no mats. In all my vehicle changes this is a first.
